As I read Tina's book, I found myself saying, "YES!!" out loud so many times. With this book, Tina is breaking the silencing stigma on menstruation by sharing personal stories that are often shared among close friends. Because of this, Tina is helping so many runners who may not know about amenorrhea, runners who struggle with body insecurity and runners want to learn how to fuel for health, not to fill a caloric budget.Tina has become such a role model to me because she affirms how to be the healthiest you can be.
